Lisa Marie Allison has filed for millions of dollars in Davidson County Circuit Court declares constitutional violations, negligence, medical malpractice, wrongful death and other claims.
Allison is sent to the Centre for the development of Metro in the Correctional s Harding on November 2010 for violation of probation and given a pregnancy test at intake. Although Allison suspected she was pregnant, the tests came back negative.
Prison staff said his request was denied for Allison took another test and other medical requests to 13 November 2010, her birthday, when he began to experience sudden and pain the stomach once during Bible study.
Allison says he went across the Hall bathroom, bleeding profusely and miscarriage to the toilet. Then he brought to Nashville General Hospital.
